LASER CUTTING SCOPE
A profile is only complete when its acceptance criteria are clear.
Every quote is based on the submitted revision and identified requirements. Feature size, internal corners, edge condition, flatness, heat effect, cosmetic faces, grain direction, and secondary operations may change the appropriate production route.
Maximum sheet format, cut thickness, tolerance, and lead time depend on the selected facility, material, geometry, and quantity. Those limits are confirmed in the quote instead of being presented as universal capability.
Formed parts
Laser-cut blanks coordinated with bend direction, inside radius, tooling access, flat pattern, and finished dimensions.
Welded assemblies
Cut components prepared for fit-up into frames, guards, enclosures, bases, supports, and fabricated equipment details.
Repeat production
Revision-controlled parts quoted for recurring demand, scheduled releases, kitting, labeling, packaging, or regional delivery.
Repair & retrofit
Replacement parts developed from an existing drawing, measured sample, marked-up photo, or field requirement when the input is sufficient.
Architectural & commercial details
Visible metal components reviewed for finish, cosmetic face, edge condition, handling, and installation requirements.

Review small features, slots, internal corners, part spacing, pierces, heat sensitivity, and downstream forming.
Tolerance and inspection
Separate critical characteristics from general dimensions and define what evidence is required for acceptance.
Secondary operations
Capture bending, tapping, inserts, machining, deburring, welding, grinding, coating, marking, and assembly.
Quantity and delivery
Confirm quantity per part, alternate breaks, target date, destination, packaging, and any scheduled-release need.
