Submitting information does not create a purchase order, manufacturing agreement, price commitment, or delivery commitment. Work begins only under mutually accepted written commercial terms.

Authority and rights

You represent that you are authorized to submit the information and that evaluation or manufacture will not violate another party's intellectual-property or contractual rights.

Technical responsibility

FinalMetal may provide manufacturability observations, but does not assume design authority, professional engineering responsibility, code compliance, or fitness for use unless expressly included in a signed scope.

Quote basis

Pricing and timing rely on identified drawings, revisions, quantities, materials, tolerances, finishes, documentation, delivery requirements, assumptions, and exclusions. Changes may require requoting.

Confidentiality

Reasonable safeguards are applied to submitted files. If a negotiated NDA is required, complete it before sending highly sensitive material; this website submission alone does not create a separate NDA.

Prohibited content

Do not submit malicious files, controlled technical data without authorization, unlawful designs, weapons-related requests, personal sensitive records, or content unrelated to a legitimate manufacturing inquiry.
