Information we collect

When you request a quote, we collect the contact, company, project, and file information you submit. Technical drawings may contain confidential business information; only submit information you are authorized to share.

How we use it

We use submitted information to evaluate manufacturability, prepare pricing, coordinate production, communicate about the request, prevent misuse, and improve our service.

Service providers

Information may be processed by infrastructure providers and, when needed for evaluation or fulfillment, selected manufacturing partners. We limit sharing to what is reasonably necessary for the project.

Retention and requests

We retain quote information for business, security, and legal purposes. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact privacy@finalmetal.com. Contractual and legal retention duties may apply.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, but no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
